I am looking for a leadership role where I can build and scale engineering teams that deliver real business outcomes, not just velocity for its own sake. I want to work at the intersection of product and technology, where strategy and execution stay in sync.

The right role includes:

  • Leading people. Coaching engineers, unblocking them, and helping them grow. I create cultures where ownership, innovation, and psychological safety thrive.
  • Collaborating across functions. Real partnership with product, design, QA, and ops. Not just alignment meetings that could have been Slack messages.
  • Building new platforms or modernizing old ones with purpose. Greenfield or legacy, I want to build scalable, secure systems that solve real problems.
  • Embedding AI throughout the SDLC. Not as an add-on, but as a core capability that improves DevEx, velocity, and quality.
  • Full ownership and accountability. I want autonomy to make decisions, take risks, and own the outcome.

Most importantly, I want to work with people who care. About the product, about their work, and about each other.

Agile Leadership

I practice Agile with a lowercase "a." This means I'm focused on the core values, not on a rigid set of rules. I keep what helps the team and let go of what doesn't. What works for one team might not work for another, and that's completely okay. As AI transforms software development, I want to use AI to question our established Agile routines and completely rethink how we deliver products. My goal isn't to simply add AI to our Agile practices but to use it as a fundamental part of evolving how we work, communicate, and ship.
